Beginning in the 1940s, Albert spent 12 years carving out the 14-room residence, which originally served as a diner and a home for the couple.
Today, visitors can take a guided tour through the preserved interior, which features original mid-century furnishings, Albert's taxidermy collection, and his hand-carved fireplace.
