This massive 80-foot-tall steel easel displays a giant reproduction of Vincent van Gogh's 'Three Sunflowers in a Vase.' Created by artist Cameron Cross, it honors Kansas's sunflower heritage in a delightfully oversized way. It makes for a perfect, quick roadside photo op just off Interstate 70.
